Current Hours & Locations

Health & Safety Measures

For the safety of our employees and our customers, we’ve put these health and safety measure in place at our branches and offices:

  • Employees and guests must wear a mask at all times
  • Hand sanitizer dispensers are available for use
  • Please maintain social distance of at least 6 feet
  • We are limiting the number of guests in our offices at any given time
  • We have increased our cleaning and sanitizing regimen at all offices

Remote Banking

In order to safely social distance, many customers have begun to take advantage of our free digital banking services, including:

  • ATMs: Most people think of ATMs as just cash dispensers, but they should be viewed as a remote banking center. In addition to getting cash, you can make deposits, check your account balance, find out whether a direct deposit has taken place, transfer money between deposit accounts, and even make a loan payment. And, since ATMs are typically accessible 24/7, these transactions can take place any time, especially during off hours when branch lobbies are closed and lines are short.
  • ONLINE BANKING: Most lobby transactions done in person can be completed online via computer or tablet. Once you’ve signed up and logged in to your online banking account, it’s easy to check account balances, pay your bills, view statements, research account activity, and transfer funds. And there is no line to wait in – simply turn on your computer, laptop or tablet and log in!
  • MOBILE BANKING: Most online banking transactions can also be completed via our mobile banking app. The Dedham Savings app also includes a very useful added benefit, the ability to deposit paper checks using your mobile phone’s camera function.  Imagine, you can deposit a check into your account, anytime, and without having to leave your home or wait in a line!
  • DEBIT CARDS: To assure smooth banking transactions, we have automatically increased the amount that you can spend using your Debit Card, and have also increased the amount of money you can withdraw from an ATM. If you don’t yet have a Debit Card, qualified customers can receive one on the spot at our branch locations.
  • ONLINE ACCOUNT OPENING & APPLICATIONS: While customers can open an account at our drive-up, this can become time consuming and at times challenging. Often this can be done online, directly from our website. This is not just for checking and savings accounts, as mortgage customers have been using online applications for quite some time and continue to do so during the pandemic.

If you haven’t yet begun to use these convenience services and would like help, please Contact Us to get started.
