Dedham Savings Appoints Kadian Morrison Branch Manager For Walpole Office

Kadian Morrison has been named Vice President, Branch Manager at Dedham Savings’ Walpole location, according to an announcement by Hanwar Harnett, Director of Retail Banking.
Stated Harnett, “We’re excited to welcome Kadian to the Dedham Savings Consumer Banking team. Her extensive retail banking experience and customer service skills will be invaluable as we continue to focus on deposit growth, exceptional client service, and community outreach in the Walpole market.”

As Vice President, Branch Manager, Kadian Morrison will be responsible for branch sales and operations, including encouraging, developing, and mentoring her consumer banking team while driving sales and service goals, delivering exceptional client service, and identifying growth opportunities through local community engagement and partnerships with the Bank’s Residential and Commercial Lending teams.
Morrison brings extensive experience in retail banking, small business lending, and branch leadership, with a career spanning senior roles in branch operations, sales performance, customer service, and specialized small business and microfinance lending programs. She has held progressive leadership positions supporting business development, credit and lending functions, and investment advisory services, with a consistent focus on relationship-driven banking and community impact.
Morrison has served in multiple board leadership roles and holds certifications in supervisory management and business credit. She is dedicated to fostering an inclusive, professional environment for clients and colleagues while advancing Dedham Savings’ longstanding values of trust, service, and community involvement. Actively engaged in local initiatives, she currently serves as a Board Director and Executive Secretary for the Jamaica Association of Rhode Island and participates in the Charlesbridge DEI Program. Morrison resides in Woonsocket, Rhode Island with her twin daughters.
