Dedham Savings Names Beliard Branch Manager for Sharon Location
Lesly Beliard has been named Vice President, Branch Manager at Dedham Savings’ Sharon location, according to an announcement by Hanwar Harnett, Director of Retail Banking at Charlesbridge. Charlesbridge is a mutual multi-bank holding company headquartered in Dedham, MA. Affiliate banks include Dedham Savings and South Shore Bank.
Stated Harnett, “We’re excited to welcome Lesly to the Dedham Savings Consumer Banking team. His in-depth retail banking experience and his exceptional customer service skills will be invaluable as we continue to focus on deposit growth, exceptional client service, and community outreach in the Sharon market.”
As a Vice President, Branch Manager, Beliard will be responsible for branch sales and operations, including encouraging, developing, and mentoring his consumer banking team while driving sales and service goals, delivering exceptional client service, and identifying growth opportunities through local community engagement and partnerships with the Bank’s Residential and Commercial Lending teams.
LESLY BELIARD
Beliard joins Dedham Savings with 15 years of retail banking experience and has served in roles of increasing responsibilities over his career, including in Business Lending, where he specialized in supporting small business clients. Beliard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Suffolk University. In the community, he serves as a member of the East Cambridge Business Association and mentors students from his church congregation. Beliard resides in Brockton with his wife and two children.
