Dedham Savings Names Branch Managers For Needham Locations

Robert Erasmi, Senior Vice President, Director of Consumer Banking & Community Relations at Dedham Savings has appointed Lee Flores to Vice President, Branch Manager at Dedham Savings’ Needham Center location at 1077 Great Plain Avenue and Lisa Stanton to Vice President, Branch Manager of the new Needham Heights location at 695 Highland Avenue, opening Summer 2025.
Stated Erasmi, “Dedham Savings is making a significant investment in the town of Needham. We completely renovated our Needham Center location in 2024 and are opening our Needham Heights location this summer. This second full-service branch in Needham will include a drive-up teller window and drive-up ATM, and the building is currently undergoing a total renovation inside and out. Lee and Lisa are talented and experienced leaders who are eager to continue to expand Dedham Savings’ reach in the competitive Needham market and nearby communities.”
As Branch Managers, Flores and Stanton are responsible for branch sales and operations, including encouraging, developing, and mentoring their consumer banking teams while driving sales and service goals, delivering exceptional client service, and identifying growth opportunities through local community engagement and partnerships with the Banks Residential and Commercial Lending teams.
LEE FLORES
Flores joins Dedham Savings with nearly 25 years of combined retail and private banking experience, having held management positions at several area banks. Her in-depth financial knowledge and experience encompasses branch operations management, staff supervision and development, customer service and relationship management, sales and business development, risk management and compliance. Flores attended Massachusetts Bay Community College, studying Business Administration and Management. In the community, Flores participates with Boston Finance Professionals and the Boston Networking Club.
LISA STANTON
Stanton began her career with Dedham Savings over 25 years ago as a Teller. Through the years, she has held positions of increasing responsibility within the Consumer Baking division, serving most recently as Branch Manager for the Bank’s busy Sharon location. Stanton previously oversaw the Bank’s staff recognition and rewards program and was also instrumental in developing and presenting frontline staff training materials. She currently serves on the Bank’s Retail Manual Committee. Stanton participates in ongoing financial and banking education through courses offered by the Massachusetts Bankers Association. She is active in the local community, including volunteering with Sharon Day, Sharon Trunk or Treat, and the Sharon Senior Center. Stanton resides in Walpole with her husband.
