Lost or Stolen Cards

If you've lost your card or it's been stolen, here's what to do!

Monday - Friday between 8:00am-5:30pm:

After Business Hours:

Call 800-236-2442 or 781-329-6700 and select Option 1 on the Main Menu

Need a Replacement Card?

Please visit one of our branches and we can issue you a new Debit card instantly. This card will work as your new permanent Debit Card. If you are not able to visit us, please call us during business hours at 781-329-6700 ext. 650 and a new card and PIN will be ordered and mailed to you. This may take up to 7-10 days to be received.

To Activate Your Debit Card

  • Use at any ATM by performing a balance inquiry or withdrawal
  • Use at a merchant by performing a debit transaction (Pinned Based)
  • Call 1-888-252-0760 to update through our automated phone system. The prompts are as follows: Press 1 for English or 2 for Spanish, 6 for ATM or Debit Card Functions, press option 2 for activation. Enter your card number followed by the # (pound) key, then enter your PIN followed by the # (pound) key. Then press 1 to activate!

Please note that if you do not know your current PIN, visit one of our branch locations to change your PIN, or contact the bank during normal business hours to request a PIN Reminder.
