Businesses can access important documents through Business Mobile Banking via our app, as well as through Online Banking on our website!
What types of documents can I access via Business Mobile Banking?
- eStatements
- Bank Deposit Notices (CD Maturity or Renewal, Interest Rate Change, Overdraft, etc)
- Bank Loan Notices (Billing, Line of Credit, Annual Statement, etc)
How do I sign up for eDocuments via Business Mobile Banking:
- Once logged into the Business Mobile app, click on Manage Delivery Preferences
- Select the account you want to change from Paper to Online,
- Click Continue and Save your change(s). It’s that easy.
How do I view my eDocuments?
- Once logged into the Business Mobile app, select More
- Under Account Management, select Statements and Documents.
- You can Select the document by specific account or account type.
As each document is produced, an automated alert and a bank email message will be sent to notify you that the document is ready for secure viewing online or through Mobile banking.
