Businesses can access important documents quickly and easily through Business Mobile or Online Banking. You’ll be able to view, print or save these files for your records.
What types of documents are available via Business Mobile & Online Banking?
Bank Statements
Bank Deposit Notices (CD Maturity or Renewal, Interest Rate Change, Overdraft, etc)
Bank Loan Notices (Billing, Line of Credit, Annual Statement, etc)
How do I sign my business up for eDocuments via Business Mobile & Online Banking?
Via Mobile Banking:
Once logged into the Business Mobile app, click on “More”
Under “Account Management,” select “Statements and Documents” and “Choose Manage Delivery Preferences”
Select the account you want to change from Paper to Online, then Select “Online.” A checkmark will indicate your selection.
Click “Continue and Save” your change(s). It’s that easy!
Via Online Banking:
Once logged into Business Online Banking, select “Reports and Statements and Documents”
Click the “View and maintain document preferences” link
Click the “Delivery Preference” drop-down beside an account you want to change and then select “Online” and click “Continue”
If applicable, review the service agreement and click “I agree” to accept it
Click “Save Preferences”
How do I view my business eDocuments?
Via Mobile Banking:
Once logged into the Business Mobile app, select “More”
Under “Account Management,” select “Statements and Documents”
You can Select the document by specific account or account type
Select the account you want to view, select document type and click “Download”
Use the filter to search prior documents within a 3-month date range by entering a start and end date.
Via Online Banking:
Once logged into Business Online Banking, select “Reports and Statements and Documents”
You may view by most recent documents for an account type or Documents for a specific account
For Most recent document for an account type, select an Account Type: Checking, Loan or Savings
Select a Document Type: Statement or Notice
Click “Continue” and your most recent statement will display
To search prior statements using the most recent documents for an account type, click on the “Search for older or specific documents” link and select the Document Cycle Date Month and Year you want.
For a specific account search, select “Filter by Account” (All, Checking, Loan, Savings or Recently Used) and then select an Account in the drop down
Select Document Type: Statement or Notice
Click “Continue” and your last two statements will display. To view, click on the document date link
To search prior statements using a specific account view, click on the search for older or specific documents link and enter the from and to document cycle dates.
You can download the latest documents for a single account type (checking, savings, etc.). Select the checkbox for the documents you want to download on the Statements and Documents – Document Selection page. The individual documents will be downloaded in a single zip file. As each document for your business is produced, an automated alert and a bank email message will be sent to notify you that the document is ready for secure viewing online or through Mobile banking.
