Dedham Savings Community Foundation has awarded a grant to Neighborhood of Affordable Housing (NOAH) to support its bilingual (Spanish and English) Affordable Housing programming. Grant funds will strengthen NOAH’s efforts to address the shortage of affordable housing for low- and moderate-income residents by expanding services such as first-time homebuyer education, financial counseling, foreclosure prevention, and homelessness prevention support. These services help community members achieve stable, healthy, and sustainable housing.
