Dedham Savings’ Patt Completes ABA Bank Marketing School
Lauren Patt, Marketing Specialist, has graduated from the American Bankers Association Bank Marketing School, according to an announcement by Liz Bissell, Executive Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer at Dedham Savings.

Not only has she gained tools and insights needed to excel in today’s banking industry, but she has also developed a strong peer network for future collaboration. The American Bankers Association Bank Marketing School is an industry leading program designed to equip talented, career-oriented financial professionals with an in-depth understanding of marketing strategies. Taught by bank Marketing experts, the program encourages students to think strategically through an immersive, comprehensive curriculum, and dynamic team-based project. Students learn the latest marketing tactics and principles that can immediately be put into practice upon completion like AI, Data & Analytics, Compliance, Brand Intelligence, and Marketing Content, all culminating in a final group project presentation.
Lauren Patt
In her role as Marketing Specialist, Patt administers the Dedham Savings Community Foundation giving program and provides documentation and support to the Foundation Board of Directors. She also administers the Dedham Savings sponsorship donations program, including monitoring, tracking, and support to local organizations requesting assistance. She provides a wide array of support to the Marketing Department in completing sales projects across all Bank divisions. Patt serves as liaison with the Bank’s advertising agency regarding ongoing ad campaigns and related projects. She coordinates all community events for branch personnel and manages promotional items selection, inventory management, and distribution. Patt holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design from Westfield State University. In the community, she volunteers with children’s programs and serves on the Banks’ Employee Activities Committee. Patt resides in Bellingham with husband Gregory and their son.
