Dedham Savings’ Tracy Harvard Appointed to South Shore Habitat for Humanity Board of Directors

Tracy Harvard, Senior Vice President for Residential Lending at Dedham Savings, has been appointed to the South Shore Habitat for Humanity’s Board of Directors, according to an announcement by agency Executive Director Beth Lyons.

Stated Lyons, “We are excited to welcome Tracy to our Board. She brings a wealth of housing, real estate and lending knowledge that will be invaluable to the growth of our organization. We look forward to her leadership.”

Harvard has nearly 40 years of residential lending and financial services experience at Dedham Savings. During her career, she has worked in departments throughout the bank, holding roles of increasing responsibility over the years. In her current role as Senior Vice President in the Residential Lending division, Harvard oversees the bank’s Residential Compliance, Residential Lending Systems, Consumer Lending, and Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) lending programs and activities.

Harvard holds an Associate of Business degree from Newbury College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Lesley College. She has earned Certificates of Achievement from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac in Underwriting, Processing, and Secondary Marketing. Additionally, she has completed specialized courses through the Center for Financial Studies and the National Council of Savings Institutions.

Active in the local community, Harvard participates in bank community events and volunteers for local Credit for Life events, as well as Boston’s Bank On initiative. She served previously on the Board of Directors for the Massachusetts Mortgage Bankers Association.
